over the river and through the woods…
…to grandmother’s house we go. or went. Earlier this week. Shannon stayed with us to play with the kids. She was great! She brought bubbles, water balloons, coloring books, new crayons for Timothy, games, little animal toys to play with, she took the kids to the park, swam with one while I swam with the other, watched movies…I love you cuz!
Grandma and poppop took us to Sizerville Park to swim, play on the playground, and have a picnic lunch.
We played with Uncle Duffy’s dog too.

This pages includes the words to the song Girl Scouts Together, some pics of my troop through the years, and all my troop numbers.
My daughter Rebekah is named after my long time friend, Rebekah.
This pic is my cat Skoke, surrounded by some sort of concoction my son Timothy made. Yum!
This one I came up with as a combination of 2 challenges…
down and dirty for the scrapdragons challenge
and the layout for pencil lines.
challenge
I signed up for a challenge to make 50 scrapbook layouts without buying any new supplies. This has really challenged me, even in the first 10 pages, to rethink the supplies I have and how to use them. It has been so fun so far. Thanks to the girls at We Scrap Better. Here are some more new layouts.
My husband Kelly with Rebekah just before Christmas 2007. She was only about 2 months old
Who put this flower on my head?
A day last spring when it snow and then became quite warm. Warm enough to build a sand, I mean snow, castle in our front yard.
Some pics of our wedding for Rebekah’s scrapbook
Four New Layouts
This is my baby girl and my grandma. I tried a new technique on the photo edges.
This is my son standing on a gravestone that says “mother.” It was accidental but it spoke to me somehow afterwards.
Please pray for my friend.
Timothy started 1st grade this year. The pencil cup has new things he will get to do. spelling tests, taking books home from the library, book reports.
Cheerios
Rebekah started eating cheerios this week. Here’s a video…
More Wedding Weekend Pics
Getting ready in the hotel. It had 2 bathrooms. One with the toilet and a sink. The other with the shower and a sink and make-up mirror. This is where I got ready so as not to encounter my groom too early. I did my hair with lots of bobby pins and little screw-in crystal flowers from Claire’s.
Isn’t she an angel all in white from the Gap and on the down pillows and comforter? She’s my angel even in dirty clothes and crying.
Or when she sleeps through the entire wedding ceremony. Better than needing a bottle and a diaper change in the middle.
You know what this is.
These are the stair up into the Shakespeare Garden.
